Allan is a third generation Los Angeles resident who grew up in a family of real estate professionals. His grandfather and great grandfather were builders of fine homes in L.A. and Beverly Hills and his father is an architect who specialized in custom homes as well commercial buildings. Allan has equally strong credentials in the real estate business, and with his keen eye for space and design, he is also an expert in the construction trade. He has experience in the property management field as well, and has been the president of many community associations for the past 24 years.

In an extremely competitive vocation, Allan is an oasis of integrity. He tirelessly works as both a listing and buyer’s agent and deeply cares about the wellbeing of his clients. Allan is concerned about building trust and relationships, not just making the sale. Allan has always been passionate about giving back to the community. He has served for over 12 years on Los Angeles Parks and Recreation Boards for the San Fernando Valley (Park Advisory Board as well as Volunteer Neighborhood Oversight Commitee). Allan has years of experience in representing both sellers and buyers in their most important home purchasing and selling decisions. Allan is a graduate of CSUN, where he majored in Management and Operations.
